As a Gelato Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scooping high-quality gelato and sorbetto, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scoop and serve gelato and sorbetto with attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality product is presented to every customer.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the gelato displays, counters, and surrounding areas.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge of gelato products and customer service techniques.
Requirements:
- One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
