We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Gelato Server at The Gelato Fiasco, Inc. in Portland, Maine. As a Gelato Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scooping gelato and sorbetto with attention to detail, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a memorable experience for every customer
  • Scoop gelato and sorbetto with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in areas such as gelato production, customer service, and team leadership
Requirements:
  • One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
