Join Our Team as a Gelato Server

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Gelato Server at The Gelato Fiasco, Inc. in Brunswick, Maine. As a Gelato Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scooping high-quality gelato and sorbetto, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Scoop gelato and sorbetto with attention to detail and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front-of-house area and gelato displays
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
