Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing expert consultation, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide expert consultation to customers on our products and services.
- Coordinate and hand over orders to the executing operational unit.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, including creating and tracking quotations.
- Nurture sales opportunities and organize sales activities in our CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
- Strong skills in MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in German and English, with knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) a plus.
