Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and provide expert consultation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Coordinate and hand over orders to the executing operational unit, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, including creating and tracking quotations.
  • Nurture sales opportunities and meticulously organize sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the team, providing insights into sales performance.
  • Research and compile lists of potential customers using various tools and resources.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in German and English, knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
