Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide expert consultation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Coordinate and hand over orders to the executing operational unit, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, including creating and tracking quotations.
- Nurture sales opportunities and meticulously organize sales activities in our CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the team, providing insights into sales performance and customer trends.
- Research and compile lists of potential customers using various tools and resources.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
- Strong skills in MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in German and English, knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
