Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large, multinational customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and customer objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance and drive results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
