Key Responsibilities:- Manage large, multinational customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and customer objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance and drive results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
