Lepaya is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for managing large-scale customer relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic business planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic customer plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large-scale customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on upskilling challenges and complex decisions
  • Act as a subject matter expert on upskilling solutions and platforms
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Manager, Account Executive, or Consultant role
  • Strong sales mindset, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Structured work approach, ideally with experience in project management
  • Proven affinity with the learning & development landscape
  • Experience in selling software solutions/platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, learn fast, and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets, forecasting, and strategic objectives
  • Fluent in German and English
