We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Lepaya. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing large enterprise clients and driving growth through strategic business planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.
Your primary focus will be on acquiring and managing large enterprise clients, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and secure key business opportunities. You will scope projects, transform them into actionable milestones, and develop strategic plans that deliver impactful results.
As a proactive and experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for independently tracking down new opportunities and nurturing existing ones. If you have a passion for learning and development, and a strong sales mindset, we would love to have you on our team at Lepaya.
Key Responsibilities- Manage large enterprise clients and drive growth through strategic business planning, relationship management, and consultative selling
- Acquire and manage large enterprise clients, leveraging expertise to drive growth and secure key business opportunities
- Scope projects, transform them into actionable milestones, and develop strategic plans that deliver impactful results
- Independently track down new opportunities and nurture existing ones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Account Executive, or Consultant
- Strong sales mindset, as well as collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Structured work approach, ideally demonstrated by previous experience in project management
- Proven affinity with the learning & development landscape
- Experience in selling software solutions/platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently, learn fast, and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets, forecasting, and strategic objectives
- Fluent in German and English
- A challenging role in a vibrant international scale-up
