Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with architects to craft future-proof, scalable integrations that drive business growth.
  • Serve as the technical authority, guiding your team on key decisions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to all stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development/solution architecture experience, with a deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and open to occasional travel, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and best practices.
