About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Lead to join our team at Raisin. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to customers.

Job Description
  • Customer Service Operations: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations, including planning, monitoring, and steering daily activities.
  • Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Analyze customer service data to identify areas for improvement and develop performance metrics to measure operational performance.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify operational constraints and propose solutions to drive process improvements.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, providing clear data-driven insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer service operations or steering role, with experience in data analysis.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Looker, or other relevant platforms; strong understanding of KPIs and performance management techniques.
