Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our sales team at HERBLIZ Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall sales success.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist B2B sales representatives in managing client accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-up.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and assist with any client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Organize and maintain sales databases, including updating client information and tracking sales activities.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up calls.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Assist in researching potential B2B clients, identifying leads, and gathering market intelligence.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
Salary Estimate: €40,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
