About the Role

eBay is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations to join our Global Buyer Loyalty and Engagement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of critical initiatives that support our buyer engagement efforts, including incentive strategy and insights, value-added services and loyalty strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the optimization of incentive investment across all incentive vehicles with our European partners, championing standard processes, standardized measurement and test & learn opportunities.
  • Identify and consolidate product and analytics gaps for global prioritization
  • Partner with global and region leads on partner negotiation and management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance buyer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business opportunities and challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of business/marketplace and customer economics, pricing, and profitability.
  • Online commerce experience in a marketplace preferred.
