Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Strategy to join our International Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our global strategy, ensuring seamless execution across 70+ markets.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading growth and performance improvement initiatives with direct revenue or cost impact
  • Taking ownership of global initiatives to strengthen customer and restaurant relationships
  • Collaborating with country executive teams across multiple countries
  • Providing senior management with regular business and project updates
  • Consolidating and distributing best practices from different countries
  • Supporting senior management with regular and ad hoc reports, business cases, and other critical topics

Requirements:

  • At least 6-7 years of work experience in a strategy/business development function in a relevant industry, with at least 2 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking
  • Hands-on mentality, outstanding logical and analytical thinking skills, and excellent English communication skills
  • Highly motivated, communicative, energetic, and independent in handling business challenges
  • Ability to solve complex data problems in Excel and high attention to detail
