Sales and Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing customer orders and correspondence
- Recording sales and service orders
- Creating and submitting proposals and cost estimates
- Processing sales orders
- Processing service tasks, warranty work, and guarantee cases
- Ordering, storing, and providing spare parts
- Recording and maintaining customer data
- Order and proposal processing
- Customer support and consulting
- Project management in collaboration with the external sales team
- Communication with customers and suppliers
Profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Experience in order processing or customer support is desirable
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Good technical understanding

- Sovereign and friendly demeanor, even in stressful situations
- Good computer skills and safe handling of MS Office applications
