Sales Development Representative

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers and develop targeted campaign strategies
- Proactively identify leads and sales opportunities using your expertise in inbound leads
- Set up appointments for the sales team when leads reach a qualified stage
- Optimize content with a SEO strategy to improve visibility
- Engage with potential customers through outbound prospecting, including cold emails, cold calls, and targeted social media approaches
- Continuously follow up with existing customers to evaluate their needs and preferences
- Maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups
- Utilize relevant tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to streamline your work
- Research and evaluate additional leads and prospects using automated tools
- Deep understanding of SDR principles, including lead development, best practices, and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of qualifying and building a pipeline at scale
- Comfortable working with modern sales techniques and tools, especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to take risks and assume responsibility
- Self-starter with a history of outstanding performance and goal achievement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strategic, structured, and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and provide solutions
- Full proficiency in German and English
