Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers and develop targeted campaign strategies
  • Proactively identify leads and sales opportunities using your expertise in inbound leads
  • Set up appointments for the sales team when leads reach a qualified stage
  • Optimize content with a SEO strategy to improve visibility
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound prospecting, including cold emails, cold calls, and targeted social media approaches
  • Continuously follow up with existing customers to evaluate their needs and preferences
  • Maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups
  • Utilize relevant tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to streamline your work
  • Research and evaluate additional leads and prospects using automated tools
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of SDR principles, including lead development, best practices, and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of qualifying and building a pipeline at scale
  • Comfortable working with modern sales techniques and tools, especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to take risks and assume responsibility
  • Self-starter with a history of outstanding performance and goal achievement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strategic, structured, and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and provide solutions
  • Full proficiency in German and English
