Responsibilities

Assist with the transition of office locations:

  • Coordinate with service providers for furniture adjustments and dismantling tasks.
  • Aid in clearing out the current buildings, including managing storage space logistics.
  • Provide support in the new location, including training and assistance on topics like smart storage solutions and access systems.
  • Offer general support across all facilities as required for daily operations.
  • Help prepare communications and documentation related to the move and the new office setup.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Proficient in computer applications: Word, Excel.
  • Language proficiency: fluent in German; English is an advantage.
  • Soft skills: strong organizational abilities, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.

About Your Team

The Global Real Estate & Facilities team is responsible for managing SAP's worldwide real estate assets and operational facility management. We position ourselves as an innovative and dependable partner within SAP, crafting exceptional workplace and infrastructure solutions that align with our core values.

Our diverse departments oversee various aspects of building management, service provision, real estate, and construction oversight for our office facilities and data centers.

SAP's Global Facility Management oversees all German locations, encompassing over 50 buildings and more than 700,000 square meters of space. This includes properties in multiple cities across the country.

Your application should include a cover letter, a resume formatted in a table, academic certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcripts, copies of any degrees obtained, and references from previous employers if available. Additionally, please detail your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs or programming languages.
