About the Role

**Senior Enterprise Account Executive**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Bluebird, a leading provider of Gamified Learning platforms for Cyber Security skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target upper Mid-Market & Enterprise clients in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with our BDR team and Marketing department to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, with a focus on land and expand strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, with a strong background in Cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on upper Mid-Market & Enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
