Expert Project Subcontracting Specialist

At Exyte, we're seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Management expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and control subcontractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Process commercial subcontractor claims and negotiate contract amendments as needed.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and minimize risks associated with delays or non-performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, quality, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance subcontractor management and reduce project risks.
- Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering.
- Proven experience in subcontract management, preferably in the biopharma or semiconductor production plant industry.
- Strong commercial and technical expertise, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with a good command of written and spoken German and English (at least B2 level).
- Ability to travel and work on-site, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
