Experte für Subcontracting-Management

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Experte für Subcontracting-Management, der unsere Beschaffungs- und Logistikprozesse weiterentwickeln und optimieren kann. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Beschaffungsprojekten beteiligt sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Überwachung und Fortschrittskontrolle der Leistung von Nachunternehmern
  • Kommerzielle Abwicklung der Nachunternehmerforderungen
  • Nachtrags- und Änderungsmanagement an/von Nachunternehmern
  • Claim Management in enger Abstimmung mit dem Contract Management
  • Minimierung von Risiken, die durch Verspätungen der Nachunternehmer entstehen können
  • Aushandeln von Vertragsabschlüssen
  • Enge Kooperation mit der Technik, Konstruktion, Qualität, Terminplanung und dem Projektmanagement
  • Kontinuierliches Verbesserungsmanagement durch regelmäßiges Feedback, z.B. Lessons Learned
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an den Project Procurement Manager
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder des Ingenieurwesens
  • Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von mechanischen Anlagen, z.B. HKL oder Sanitär und Abwasser
  • Hohes Maß an kaufmännischer und technischer Kompetenz
  • MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) und SAP (von Vorteil) beherrschen
  • Deutsche und englische Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Level B2) beherrschen
  • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft, Ergebnisse zu liefern und unternehmensweit zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Offenheit für die Arbeit in Projekten und Veränderungen als Chance zur Weiterentwicklung
