dieHolding H&H GmbH is a company builder with over 20 years of experience in creating businesses across various sectors. Our goal is to establish a successful spin-off from an existing company, and we are currently seeking a Senior Corporate Growth Manager to drive this initiative.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the growth and development of our new company. As a Senior Corporate Growth Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing existing marketing channels, driving revenue growth, building a high-performing team, and improving our websites and webshops. Your primary objective will be to increase our turnover to approximately €5 million within the next three years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimization of existing marketing strategies
  • Driving revenue growth through effective sales and business development initiatives
  • Building and leading a high-performing team
  • Improving existing websites and adding new products
  • Internationalizing our webshops
  • Establishing strategic partnerships (e.g., Amazon)
  • Enhancing CRM and reporting systems
Requirements:
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in starting and growing companies
  • University degree in business administration or a related field
  • Professional experience in sales, business development, account management, or similar roles
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, customer orientation, organizational abilities, and a high level of initiative
  • Experience in online marketing
  • Fluent business English, with other languages being an advantage
  • Imagination, initiative, and enthusiasm for developing new concepts from scratch
