Senior Business Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities- Support our founder in operations, including inventory planning, supplier negotiations, and new product development.
- Optimize our processes and drive strategic decisions for both brands, happyglam and kerbholz.
- Take ownership of your own projects, such as developing an NPS system and referral program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field, such as start-ups, venture capital, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to optimize them.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Flexible working hours and regular home office options.
