We are seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Growth Manager to drive the growth and performance of our online sales channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales on our online store, leveraging data insights to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website and social media platforms for maximum impact.
  • Analyze website traffic and sales metrics to maintain and enhance marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to product restock decisions by analyzing sales trends and customer behavior.
  • Prepare reports on the effectiveness of current and new strategies to inform business decisions.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an e-commerce manager, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
