About the Role

In this position, you will develop and implement strategies for multiple projects, monitoring progress against key milestones. You will also analyze data and collaborate with teams to clarify complex problems and present solutions to leadership.

You will create scalable mechanisms to report project updates to stakeholders across worldwide teams and partner with product and partner teams to identify and address policy and process gaps.

A day in the life of a Program and Risk Manager at Amazon TA involves planning and prioritizing tasks to advance ongoing projects. You will analyze data and review processes to identify root causes of issues and reach out to existing and new partner teams to build collaborative relationships.

You will work closely with policy, product, and tech teams to implement necessary changes and contribute to a positive team atmosphere through open communication and support.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent. You should also have experience handling confidential information.

Preferred qualifications include a professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials, experience with SQL and Excel, and experience in program requirements definition, together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
