Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide sales training and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in sales of complex enterprise software.
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
- Excellent negotiation and contractual skills.
- Fluent business-level English and German.
