Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide sales support and guidance to junior sales team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in sales of complex enterprise software, preferably with finance, treasury, GRC, and order-to-cash SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of business application software sales.
- Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Business-level English and German fluency, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
