- Customer Acquisition and Support: You will assist your team in acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers across our various product segments to foster long-term and sustainable customer relationships.
- Conceptualization of Special Areas: In close collaboration with the content, marketing, and operations teams, you will lead the conceptualization of thematic special areas to support the positioning of our product segments.
- Customer Contact: You will serve as an experienced point of contact for your team, ensuring that a positive customer journey and experience are provided.
