Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our international team at EJOT CROSSFIX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing our system in the field of rear-ventilated facades on the global market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of architects, real estate developers, and property developers in Western Europe.
  • Establish a cross-border customer network in Western Europe.
  • Support national subsidiaries in setting up their own CROSSFIX customer consultants.
  • Develop and implement customer and sales strategies for CROSSFIX.
  • Conduct on-site training in local subsidiaries.
  • Expand cross-country network and build strategic partnerships.
Your Qualifications:
  • International mindset and high customer affinity.
  • Very good technical know-how and language skills (at least English and French).
  • High willingness to travel and present skills.
