Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a network of architects, real estate developers, and property developers in Western Europe.
- Establish and grow a customer network across Western Europe.
- Support national subsidiaries in setting up their own CROSSFIX customer consultants.
- Develop and implement customer and sales strategies for CROSSFIX.
- Conduct on-site training in local subsidiaries.
- Expand cross-country network and build strategic partnerships.
- International mindset and experience working in a global environment.
- High customer affinity and excellent communication skills.
- Very good technical knowledge and understanding of rear-ventilated facades.
- Very good language skills in English and French, with a high willingness to travel.
- Presentation skills and ability to work independently.
