Join the EJOT Team as a Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and international team at EJOT, a well-established and financially independent family business. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in establishing our system in the field of rear-ventilated facades on the global market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of architects, real estate developers, and property developers.
  • Establish a Western European customer network and support national subsidiaries in setting up their own CROSSFIX customer consultants.
  • Expand cross-country network and build strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct on-site training in local subsidiaries and develop initial technical solutions for CROSSFIX customers.
  • Support the local subsidiaries in setting up a customer network, in the first CROSSFIX customer acquisition, and in project acquisition.

Your Qualifications:

  • International mindset and high customer affinity.
  • Very good technical know-how and language skills (at least English and French).
  • High willingness to travel and presentation skills.
