Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our international team at EJOT CROSSFIX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing our system in the field of rear-ventilated facades on the global market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of architects, real estate developers, and property developers in Western Europe.
  • Establish and expand our customer network across borders.
  • Support our national subsidiaries in setting up their own CROSSFIX customer consultants.
  • Develop and implement customer and sales strategies for CROSSFIX.
  • Conduct on-site training and provide technical solutions for our customers.
Your Qualifications:
  • International mindset and experience working in a global environment.
  • High customer affinity and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of rear-ventilated facades.
  • Fluency in English and French, with a high willingness to travel.
  • Presentation skills and ability to work independently.
