As Head of New Business, you will be responsible for driving growth through developing new engagements with German grocery retailers. You will leverage your strong network to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and work closely with key stakeholders to deliver our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a new business strategy for Germany, aligned with our company's international growth strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior contacts within German grocery retailers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and work closely with key stakeholders to deliver our company goals.
- Manage the new business cycle, including prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, stakeholder mapping, pitching, and negotiation.
- Roll out the optimum operating model to get client engagement up and running to execute plans.

- A successful track record of delivering new business targets in a tech/consulting environment.
- A strong network of senior contacts within German grocery retailers.
