Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to focus on new business development and account management in the education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new revenue streams, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth in our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector, developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the education sector, informing sales strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in the education sector or a related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or education.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
