Procurement Excellence Leader

A key role with a leading client in the Industrial Manufacturing sector has arisen, offering a unique chance to drive procurement excellence and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) workstream, encompassing process definition, implementation, and transformation, as well as change management and technology initiatives.
- Select and implement suitable IT systems to enhance efficiency and automation.
- Oversee multiple projects within the S2P workstream.
- Optimize procurement processes through modern eProcurement solutions.
- Integrate and implement target processes at new or acquired locations.
- Develop and coordinate key performance indicators and process performance indicators in conjunction with business process changes.
- Monitor and analyze procurement processes, ensuring ongoing improvement and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with the purchasing management team and operations management team to develop and implement S2P initiatives, reducing transaction costs and increasing efficiency.
- Proven experience in process management, SCM/Procurement Excellence, or a similar role in an international matrix environment, with a focus on source-to-pay processes, systems, and globally oriented workflows.
- Extensive knowledge of source-to-pay technologies and tools, including eSourcing, eProcurement, contract management, and supplier relationship management systems, preferably with iVALUA.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay processes, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, and payment processes in a rapidly growing environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a global matrix organization.
