About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Director to lead our Electrolyzer Procurement team at H-TEC Systems GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building, leading, and developing the purchasing department in the area of electrolyzers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing volumes and ensure delivery reliability
  • Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on procurement performance
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure availability and ensure delivery reliability
  • Foster a high-performance culture and motivating working environment within the procurement team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or similar field
  • Proven experience in purchasing and management, with a strong background in the automotive engineering/automotive supplier/plant engineering industry
  • Excellent analytical and structuring skills, with the ability to work closely in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English language
