About the Job

PAMEC PAPP is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Augsburg, Germany. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for selected suppliers and material groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met.
  • Maintain and update supplier data in our ERP system, including prices, delivery dates, and reordering times.
  • Lead and coordinate procurement projects, from conception to evaluation, to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Document project progress and results to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Develop presentations and other documents to communicate key information and support decision-making processes.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the procurement process.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and business partners to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • High level of motivation and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, even in unfamiliar areas.
  • Travel readiness, project management skills, and experience in leading projects are desirable.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement.
