E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator

Position Overview
At Fressnapf, we are dedicated to enhancing the bond between humans and their pets, striving for a world where pets and people are happier together. As we continue to innovate and expand our unique pet ecosystem, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us as an Online Marketplace Manager - Partner Management.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for our French partners, offering extensive support and guidance.
- Design and negotiate tailored marketing initiatives with partners, coordinating promotional efforts and ensuring high-quality content delivery.
- Conduct performance analysis of partner product ranges using metrics, developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including E-Commerce and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless marketplace integration.
- Create and implement a key account and partner benefits program to elevate both partner and marketplace performance.
Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketplace management or e-commerce within a partner-centric retail setting.
- Results-driven and innovative work style, with a passion for advancing projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess new concepts, optimize product performance, and leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in French and English, with German proficiency being a plus.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to identify market trends and opportunities.
