E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator

Position Overview
As a pivotal member of our team, you will enhance the connection between pet owners and their beloved companions, contributing to our mission of creating a happier ecosystem for pets and their people. At Fressnapf/Maxi Zoo, we pride ourselves on being the leading provider of pet supplies in Europe, and we are on a journey to innovate the retail landscape.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for our French partners, offering extensive support and guidance.
- Develop and negotiate marketing initiatives with partners, coordinating promotional efforts and ensuring the delivery of top-notch content.
- Conduct performance analysis of partner product offerings, utilizing metrics to formulate growth strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including E-Commerce and Customer Experience, to ensure the seamless integration of our marketplace.
- Create and implement a tailored key account and partner benefits program to elevate our marketplace and partner relationships.
Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketplace management or e-commerce within a partner-focused retail setting.
- A results-driven and innovative work style, with a passion for advancing projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess new concepts, optimize product performance, and leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in French and English, with proficiency in German being a plus.
- A strategic mindset with the capability to identify market trends and opportunities.
