E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator

Your Responsibilities
- As the E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison for our French partners, both existing and prospective, providing them with thorough support.
- You will craft and negotiate marketing initiatives with our partners, coordinate promotional efforts internally, and ensure the delivery of high-quality content from our partners.
- Conduct performance analysis of our partners' product offerings using metrics to develop growth strategies aimed at meeting revenue objectives.
- In your capacity as Marketplace Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including E-Commerce and Customer Experience, to ensure the smooth integration of the marketplace within the Fressnapf ecosystem.
- By designing a key account and partner benefits program, you will elevate both our partners and our marketplace to new heights.
Your Qualifications
- Your educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is not a determining factor for us.
- What is essential is that you possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketplace management or e-commerce within a partner-focused retail setting.
- Your approach to work is results-driven and innovative, and you thrive on advancing projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical abilities will enable you to critically assess new concepts, optimize our product portfolio's performance, and leverage data to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in both French and English, with proficiency in German being a plus, will allow you to build effective relationships with partners.
- You are a strategic thinker capable of identifying market trends and opportunities.
