Your Role: As a Marketplace Manager - Partner Relations, you will serve as the primary liaison for our partners in France, offering them extensive support and guidance.
- Marketing Collaboration: You will craft and negotiate tailored marketing packages, coordinate promotional efforts, and ensure the delivery of top-notch content from our partners.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct metrics-driven evaluations of partner product ranges, identifying growth strategies to meet revenue objectives.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, including E-Commerce and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless marketplace integration.
- Key Account Development: Design and implement a key account and partner benefits program to elevate both our partners and marketplace offerings.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketplace management or e-commerce within a partner-focused retail setting.
- A results-driven and innovative work approach, with a passion for advancing projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical abilities to critically assess new concepts, optimize product performance, and leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in French and English, with proficiency in German being a plus.
- A strategic mindset capable of recognizing market trends and opportunities.
