Job Overview: HR Process Optimization Specialist
ZEISS Group is seeking a dedicated HR Process Optimization Specialist to enhance our global HR operations. This role focuses on refining HR processes to deliver superior, efficient, and cost-effective HR services, ultimately improving the overall experience for our HR clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Data Protection to establish global guidelines, standards, and governance strategies for HR services.
- Evaluate processes and services through relevant metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in the HR service experience.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide HR teams in their continuous improvement efforts.
- Implement and oversee optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing HR services.
- Provide essential information, communication, and training to HR teams to support their development.
- Keep abreast of HR trends and emerging technologies to create compelling business cases for their adoption.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Digitalization, Process Optimization, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR excellence, process optimization, or innovation roles.
- Background in customer-centric positions such as Customer Center or Shared Services.
- Expertise in process optimization methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with HR information systems, particularly Workday.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in reporting and analytics.
- Exceptional communication, customer insight, and consulting skills.
- Proficiency in both German and English languages.
