Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Manager to join our European Headquarters in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing finance processes and cross-functional end-to-end processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement finance processes and cross-functional end-to-end processes, including related interfaces and responsibilities.
- Manage international, cross-functional projects or sub-projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Lead or conduct workshops and process analyses, creating and maintaining process designs and process documentation.
- Act as the central contact and integrator for DSE business functions and DSE IT, fostering collaboration and communication.
- Develop and optimize process-oriented performance management, supporting the head of the European (Finance) Shared Services in process-oriented steering.
- Contribute to transformation projects on European or global levels, introducing S/4HANA and shaping the introduction of new systems and tools.
- Design and further develop dashboards, applications, and tools across the complete lifecycle.
- Assess and control external service providers, ensuring high-quality services.
- Support the SAP modules FI/CO as a central contact person and interface, aligning business and IT requirements.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, IT, or comparable fields, with further related certificates and trainings highly welcome.
- At least 6-8 years of professional experience in senior business process management, with consulting experience in management, process, or IT consulting desired.
- Excellent integrator and translator between IT and Business, with the ability to communicate and prepare complex issues in a comprehensive and pragmatic manner.
- Very strong business expertise and process knowledge in finance, accounting, and end-to-end processes.
- Many years of experience in managing cross-functional, international projects with complex delivery responsibility, ideally in process-oriented design and implementation projects.
- Profound experience in process modeling and documentation, digitalization, and automation of processes.
- Profound knowledge of the SAP modules FI/CO, ideally also MM and SD.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills with a high level of persuasiveness and assertiveness.
- Innovation driver with high implementation skills and hands-on mentality.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills, with fluent German skills desired.
