Business Process Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Innovation Specialist to join our team at Process& GmbH. As a Business Process Innovation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving projects that focus on bringing transparency and added-value to our customers' digital business processes.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate meaningful and innovative solutions to improve the most critical metrics that keep our customers ahead of the competition. You will work closely with customers and prospects to understand their business goals and adapt the value-adding approach in implementing process mining projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead workshops on value creation and use process mining to identify and qualify potentials for process improvements.
- Actively understand our customers' needs in finance, sales, procurement, or other key business functions.
- Communicate our solutions to key decision-makers and senior management.
- Combine deep process and industry knowledge to develop new process mining use cases together with your data science colleagues.
- Support Process& GmbH's international expansion and the development of the team by working on new strategic concepts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Economics, Business Management, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of business processes and process mining solutions.
- Sound knowledge of SAP and BPM, ideally experience with the Celonis or Signavio software.
- Ability to engage with diverse audiences from business users to Senior Executives.
- Preferably have experience in a coding language like SQL or Python.
- Sound understanding of project management.
- Strong presentation, communication, and moderation skills at management level.
- An analytical mind, ability to work in a structured way, and to quickly interpret business processes.
- IT affinity and a feel for sophisticated processes.
- Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Visionary approach with a sense of commitment to making a difference.
- Passion for working creatively and independently, solving complex issues, and delivering high-quality work.
- Fluent in German and English (other foreign languages are a plus).
