About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service & Operations Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer support via chat, phone, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant stakeholders to improve the customer experience and inform product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs, ensuring seamless product performance.
  • Ensure customers have an exceptional experience in direct interactions, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
