Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team. As a Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for managing the entire content operation of our personal branding clients. This includes crafting their content strategy, optimizing their LinkedIn profile, and building their holistic media strategy.
Our Content Strategists work closely with clients to extract their expert knowledge and personal insight as input for content ideas. We then break down the call into content outlines and write LinkedIn content that represents their ideas and subject matter expertise.
As a Content Strategist at notus, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with founders and entrepreneurs, build your own personal brand, and participate in our Content Strategist Academy, a training program that teaches everything we've learned from 110+ personal branding projects.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent English and German writing and communication skills
- Proactive communication and adaptability
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about any topic
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Passion for content and personal branding
- Ability to take and implement feedback well and without ego
