Business Development Manager as Product Owner Leadership Learning Journey

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for organizing business-relevant content into executable learning experiences. You will design and deliver scalable interventions in different formats, partnering with Global L&D colleagues to achieve implementation of the global leadership development agenda.
Requirements:
You have a degree in Business Management, Business Psychology, or similar and at least 5 years professional experience. You are excellent in (senior) stakeholder management and have effective communication skills. You are fluent in both English and German.
