Business Psychologist for Leadership Development

Job Description

As a Business Psychologist for Leadership Learning Journey, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and seamless execution of an innovative learning journey targeted at leaders and executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business-relevant content into executable learning experiences.
  • Design and deliver scalable interventions in different formats, ensuring alignment with external best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation.
  • Ensure engagement of all stakeholders through targeted communication measures.
  • Partner with Global LD colleagues to achieve implementation of the global leadership development agenda.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Management, Business Psychology, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in designing and evaluating leadership learning interventions.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organization skills, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, pragmatic can-do attitude, and good team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
