Wir suchen einen Junior Procurement Manager (m/w/d) in Direktvermittlung für unseren Kunden, ein renommiertes Unternehmen in der Raum- und Luftfahrtindustrie.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Einkaufsteams bei der Durchführung von Beschaffungsaktivitäten für Materialien, Ausrüstung und Dienstleistungen
  • Bewertung von Lieferantenangeboten und Handeln bei Bedarf Preise sowie Konditionen aus
  • Abwicklung der Bestellung, Überwachung des Bestellprozesses und Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Auslieferung
  • Information von relevanten Fachbereichen über kritische Beschaffungssituationen und Unterstützung der Produktionssteuerung
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Lieferantenbewertungen und Beobachtung des Marktes auf Trends und Preisentwicklungen
Voraussetzungen
  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Business Administration
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im beschriebenen Aufgabenspektrum
  • Routinierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Verhandlungsgeschick und Teamorientierung
