We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities and managing aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement management and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Lead a procurement team and foster a collaborative work environment to drive business results
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure optimal supply chain performance
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans to maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to budgetary constraints and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize procurement processes
- Manage aerospace projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and drive business growth
- Coordinate resource allocation and monitor project progress to ensure successful project outcomes
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and implement process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintain relevant certifications for aerospace projects
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing a Procurement team in a similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement and project management, with a strong understanding of aerospace industry regulations and best practices
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive business results and build strong relationships
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
