BTC Electronic Components is a leading global supplier of electronic components and a trusted partner for aerospace and defense industries. With a rich history of innovation and excellence, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers worldwide.

We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities and managing aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement management and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Lead a procurement team and foster a collaborative work environment to drive business results
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure optimal supply chain performance
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to budgetary constraints and regulatory requirements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize procurement processes
  • Manage aerospace projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and drive business growth
  • Coordinate resource allocation and monitor project progress to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintain relevant certifications for aerospace projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience managing a Procurement team in a similar industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in procurement and project management, with a strong understanding of aerospace industry regulations and best practices
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive business results and build strong relationships
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
